• Travel data — trip itineraries, flight segments, accommodation, and expense records you create.
• Documents — passport details, visa information, and other documents you store in the Vault.
• Preferences — workspace preferences, notification settings, and feature toggles.

We may also collect limited technical data automatically:

• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Pages visited and features used (aggregated, not individually identified)
• Error logs to help us fix bugs

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise the RMTCTRL service
• To send important notices about your account or the service
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve you third-party advertising.

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Sensitive documents (Vault contents) are stored with end-to-end encryption where technically feasible. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, error monitoring) — under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect safety.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis

RMTCTRL is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of RMTCTRL after changes constitutes acceptance.
